How your kitchen will look depends a lot on the square footage you have to work with. A lot goes on in a kitchen and we want to optimize all your available space. The size of your space will dictate what can and cannot be done. Do you have room for an island? Is there a way to squeeze in extra storage? Can you knock out a wall to extend your kitchen to be a more open layout? These are all questions to consider that we will gladly help you with.

Decide where you want to save and where to splurge. If you aren’t sure what your budget should be, we recommend figuring between 6-10% of your home value. This is especially important to consider if you’re hoping to resell your home so that you’re able to return money on your investment.
