OUR PROCESS

Learn more about how Anderson & Rodgers will work with you from planning through post-completion, from dream to reality. We're here for you throughout the entire process near Lexington, KY, Cincinnati, OH, and surrounding areas.

PLANNING & PRE-CONSTRUCTION

INITIAL CALL
After you have reviewed our services and reached out to our team, the first call allows you to discuss your project with our experts. Here, we will discuss your intentions for the project as well as your budget, and we will schedule a free on site consultation so that we can learn even more about your needs and location.

ON SITE CONSULTATION
Visiting the site and speaking with our clients in-person allows us to discuss the scope of work and budget based on site conditions and scope of work discussed. This is where we'll discuss the preconstruction process and develop a plan to best suit your needs.

SIGN A CONTRACT AND ESTABLISH A BUDGET
Once you approve your budget and sign a commitment, we will begin the design and selections process to value engineer your project and finalize your plan. With years of experience and hundreds of projects completed we examine each step and its potential costs.

PROPOSAL
After finalizing and approving your design, we will present a proposal that reflects the full intended scope of work and true costs of all finishes selected.

DEFINITIVE CONTRACT
Once all selections have been signed off on, we will proceed to a definitive contract and determine a potential start date and projected timeline.

SUPERVISOR WALK-THROUGH
After signing a production contract, our production team will meet with you on site to review the project and discuss logistics.

CONSTRUCTION & POST-COMPLETION

CONSTRUCTION
Your site supervisor will meet with you regularly throughout the duration of the project to ensure your satisfaction with the quality of work and to address any questions or concerns you may have along the way.

SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION
To ensure your satisfaction with the finished product, your supervisor will schedule a walk-through of the site to address any punch list items that require attention.

INSPECTIONS
After final inspection of all mechanicals we will obtain the Certificate of Occupancy from the building inspector confirming that all work is up to code.

FINAL WALK-THROUGH
When we are finished with your project, your supervisor will walk the site with you one last time to have you sign-off on the completion of the work and your warranty will begin.

Congratulations on your beautiful new home!
