Teddy Rodgers

Owner & President

Teddy has been in the construction field since 2001. He got his start building new construction residential homes, later branching into land development and building condominiums. When he began focusing on Anderson & Rodgers Construction, Teddy worked in all areas from sales and estimating, to site supervision and planning. Now as President, he spends his time networking, building the company, and overseeing all operations.

Brent Anderson

Owner & CFO

Brent began his career in construction in 2006, co-founding Anderson & Rodgers Construction. His background in management and accounting complemented Teddy's construction knowledge, forming their partnership. Brent has worked in many positions at Anderson & Rodgers, but currently focuses on operations and growth. He is active in the BIA where he is the Chairman of the Remodeler's Council and serves on the Board of Directors.

Bruce McGaughey

Owner & VP

Bruce McGaughey is the President of Anderson and Rodgers Commercial and a state certified General Contractor. After completing 5 years in the US Army Aviation, he took the knowledge and attention to detail into his construction career starting in 1999 as a tradesman. He continued his education and completed testing to become a state certified General Contractor. As a strong believer in the power of positive thinking, Bruce is proud to contribute his knowledge, attention to detail, and positive attitude to the productivity of Anderson and Rodgers. Completing projects on time and on budget is of the utmost importance to him.

Shana Baum

Lead Interior Designer

Shana graduated with a degree in Interior Design from Western Kentucky University in 2012. Since then, she has worked in the construction field serving in many different facets from sales, to design and planning. Shana joined the Anderson & Rodgers team in 2017 and works alongside homeowners during the planning and selections phase of their project. With years of education and experience, her goal is to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible for every client.

Chris Howard

Pre-Production Manager

Chris started his career in the construction field in 1999 in commercial construction sales, supervising, and estimating. When he moved to residential construction, Chris served as a project manager for custom homes and neighborhood developments. He has been with Anderson & Rodgers Construction since 2016 and has worked several positions from project supervisor, to sales and estimating. Chris now leads the estimating and design departments, seeing projects from start to finish.

Kevin Hall

Estimator

Kevin began in the construction field studying construction management at Ohio State University. Since 2012, he has worked in construction landscape and lumber sales. He joined the Anderson & Rodgers team in 2017, working alongside Chris in pre-production. As the estimator, Kevin is on-call to meet with clients to discuss their remodeling or new construction dreams and to provide them with a clear, precise project budget.

BRad Woodward

Production Manager

Brad Woodward has been building homes since 1998 and brings over 25 years of hands-on construction experience to our team. He has owned and operated his own successful residential construction company for more than two decades, building a strong reputation for quality and reliability. Brad recently joined our team as Production Manager, where he oversees jobsite quality and ensures our residential projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Joseph Anderson

Residential Project Management

Joseph graduated from Asbury University with a degree in Business Management and Ethics. He has been in the construction industry since 2005, building and remodeling new single and multi-family homes. As our Residential Project Manager, Joseph works directly with our Pre-Production team as well as the Project Supervisors to assist in the day to day operations of each project from start to finish. His many years of management and construction experience keep each project organized and completed to our high standards of quality.

Bill Egan

Project Supervisor

Bill left his home state of New Jersey four years ago and has found a home with Anderson & Rodgers as our Project Supervisor. He got his start in construction working in custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. From there he has been responsible for overseeing both large and small residential remodels and new construction projects. He manages the day to day operations of his projects where he his committed to his customers to make the construction process as enjoyable as possible.

Joshua Kheradmand

Commercial Project Manager

Joshua’s journey in construction has seen him work at all levels, from hands-on fieldwork to the intricate task of project estimation, and the strategic role of project management. With over a decade of diverse experience, he has successfully managed a wide range of projects, from small-scale assignments to large-scale commercial ventures. His degree in finance from the University of Kentucky (UK) further equips him with the necessary skills to ensure financial efficiency in all projects he oversees. Joshua prides himself on his exceptional organizational and people skills, which enable him to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.

Timothy Shanks

Project Supervisor

Timothy embarked on his journey in 1992, demonstrating a natural aptitude for the field that quickly propelled him into a management role. He has held many titles along the way, but currently serves as our commercial project superintendent. In addition to his professional achievements, Timothy is also an active member of the National Guard, holding the esteemed rank of Master Sergeant. This role reflects his dedication to service and leadership, both in his career and personal life. Timothy values the connections he makes in his work, viewing each project not just as a construction task, but as an opportunity to build meaningful relationships.

Michell Mead

Commercial Project Engineer/Estimator

Michell is passionate about her job as a Commercial Project Manager / Estimator. She has been in construction her whole life in one aspect or another and earned 3 degrees along the way with an Associate's in Accounting, Bachelor's in Business Management, and a Master’s in Project Management. Her background and knowledge make her a valuable team member here at Anderson and Rodgers, from the field to the office, with her thorough understanding of the building side to the paperwork side. She has a can-do attitude and is always willing to tackle any task/problems that arise.

Travis Harris

Project Manager

Travis started his career in 1997 with the renovation of a restaurant and quickly discovered his passion for building and problem-solving. While attending college, he expanded into residential construction, gaining hands-on experience with both single- and multi-family projects. After graduation, Travis continued to advance in the residential sector before returning to commercial construction in 2005 for a Department of Defense project, serving as an Alternate Quality Control Manager. Since then, he has held a range of key roles across the commercial industry — from Estimator to Project Manager — each sharpening his attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Travis enjoys the opportunity to solve problems and get into the details of a project to ensure optimal safety, quality, and overall project delivery is achieved.

In 2016 Chris began his career in construction as a General Contractor, following 6 years in the military. Since then, Chris has worked in facilities maintenance and as the instructor of a trade school. He joined Anderson & Rodgers as a Project Supervisor, overseeing the daily operations of various residential job sites. Chris excels at maintaining quality and efficiency through planning and clear communication with everyone involved in the construction process.

Scott Smith

Project Manager

Scott joined Anderson & Rodgers with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has managed a wide range of commercial projects, from healthcare facilities and university buildings to warehouse construction and complex infrastructure work. Scott is highly skilled in coordinating all phases of construction, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and working closely with owners, architects, and subcontractors. His attention to detail and ability to lead on-site operations make him a valuable part of our commercial team. Scott holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Agronomy/Construction Management from the University of Kentucky and Purdue, ensuring he brings a strong technical background to every project he oversees.

Grant Stewart

Assistant Project Manager

Grant began his career at Anderson & Rodgers as a residential intern while earning a degree in Construction Management. Over time, he transitioned into the commercial division, where he now supports both project managers and estimators with preconstruction planning and project execution. This role provides him with valuable, hands-on experience across multiple phases of construction, and he continually learns and expands his skills within the industry.

Trey Schadt

Marketing & Business Development

Trey holds degrees in marketing and data analytics, blending creative storytelling with data-driven strategy to strengthen the company’s presence across both residential and commercial markets. He oversees all facets of marketing and communication, from managing digital, media, and print campaigns to advertising initiatives that reflect the firm’s design-build expertise. He works closely with leadership and project teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals, positioning Anderson & Rodgers as a leader in high-end construction throughout Kentucky and beyond.

Matthew Baxter

Office Manager/Accounting

Matthew graduated from Ball State in 2016 with a Bachelors's in Computer Science. He began his career in Anderson and Rodgers in 2017 as IT. While still helping with IT issues, Matthew now resides as the Office/Accounts Manager for Anderson and Rodgers. Handling both the front-end and back-end of things Matthew helps to keep the company moving.

Larry Peet

Operations Manager- Cincinnati Office

Larry has spent his entire career in the construction field doing residential and commercial construction. Larry has been involved in the construction of hospitals, shopping malls, hotels, apartment communities and residential construction and renovation during his career. He now is working to expand Anderson and Rodgers Construction in the Cincinnati market overseeing the marketing, estimating, and supervision of the projects in Cincinnati.
