Kentucky Equine Hospital

We just finished something we're incredibly proud of...


Kentucky Equine Hospital is home to the first ground-level equine CT scanner in Kentucky. One of only 48 in the world. And we built it from scratch.


This wasn't a standard build by any stretch. We're talking about a 15-ton machine operating below ground, overhead crane systems to move 1,200-pound patients through surgery and recovery, and every single structural decision made with the kind of precision you'd expect in an operating room.


Because that's exactly what this is. An operating room. For horses.
Cases that used to take weeks to diagnose can now be solved in one scan. Vets who were already great at their jobs now have tools that make them even better.


From the first phone call when this was just a concept in someone's mind, to walking through the finished facility - this project reminded us why we do what we do.

Harrison Harvesting

Harrison Harvesting is Kentucky’s newest USDA inspected meat processing facility, specializing in beef processing.

While the pandemic undoubtedly brought about many challenges for our communities, we believe that challenging times also present unique opportunities for growth and innovation.

As the accessibility of beef dwindled during the pandemic, Perry saw a clear need for a reliable and easily accessible source for beef in his community. It was this recognition that sparked the conception of Harrison Harvesting, and we are proud to help bring his vision to life.


Perry's family has always been passionate about knowing where their food comes from and supporting local businesses. This led to Harrison Harvesting partnering with Anderson & Rodgers Construction along with CMW Architects & Engineers to build a USDA inspected meat processing facility that not only provides a reliable and transparent service, but also adheres to Perry's values of humane animal treatment and quality craftsmanship.

After Off-Grid Developments saw a contemporary project we completed, they approached Anderson & Rodgers to partner on something special: a secluded, high-quality cabin that blends modern design with natural surroundings.


Together with Solid Ground Engineering, we brought our commercial and residential expertise to a rugged location without a local building department—ensuring the home was built to last for generations. Through meticulous planning, local contractor partnerships, and responsive project management (even from a distance), we delivered a one-of-a-kind home tailored to the client’s vision.


The result? A peaceful sanctuary grounded in natural beauty and made possible through trust, transparency, and technology.
